1/3 cup Sorghum Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 Egg separated
1 1/3 cups Milk
2 Tbsp Canola or Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
