Every Saturday, our kitchen prepares an open organic buffet at our store in Dabouq.
Dozens of wholesome homemade dishes, prepared with fresh vegetables and fruit from our own organic farm in Jerash and trusted local partner farms. Healthy food that is genuinely delicious, to enjoy at your own pace with family and friends.

The menu changes with the season and the harvest, so each Saturday brings something new.
